We pride ourselves on good customer care and service, we will do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible and meet your expectations, if we don't meet these we ask that you contact us so we can try and resolve the problem. When placing an order with us, it is your responsibility to provide your correct name, address, and postcode. We will not be held responsible for nondelivery if inaccurate information is given. Uncollected packages that are returned to us will be resent to you on request but additional postage charges will be charged, the cost will be the original postage charge + £2.
All payment must be made in full before orders can be dispatched. Payments are taken using Paypal as our gateway, however, you do not need a Paypal account to use it. Just a valid credit or debit card.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Due to our nut butters being a foodstuff we are unable to accept returns. Breakages can occur in transit as we use glass jars, we do our very best to stop this but our packaging occassionally fails us! If you have breakage on delivery please let us know within 3 days and supply photos. We ask for photos to help us improve our packaging and identify what has happened, we can also then speak to our carriers, we will then send you out a replacement order.
